In our view, a consultancy is best able to take the time required to respond to the unique nature of each client assignment if it has the flexibility to set its own targets and establish its own yardsticks for success. True North Public Affairs is an Ottawa-based, partner-owned consultancy firmly dedicated to the proposition that clients really do come first.
The approach we take to our work is guided by three paramount considerations.
Ensuring close client relationships.
We work for organizations and people with whom we are proud to be associated, and we have an intense interest in their success. Making an extra effort and taking special care is second nature when you have a high regard for your clients, and respect what they do.
Focusing on substance.
This means taking the time to fully explore our client's issues, their underlying causes and the context in which they will play out. There is no substitute for a solid understanding of the unique circumstances each client faces. Cookie-cutter solutions and stock answers just won't do.
Delivering quality in all that we do.
Rigour, attention to detail, a results-driven orientation, and meeting every commitment made to clients, is at the heart of how we do business.
